Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday in the Holly Grove Baptist Church, near Wisner, with Rev. Walter Braswell officiating. Burial will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery, under the direction of First National Funeral Home.
He is survived by six daughters, Mrs. F. S. Bass, Mrs. Manly Gordy, and Mrs. N. E. Oliver of Wisner, Mrs. Allen Puckett, Houston, Tex., Mrs. C. T. Beach, Winnsboro, Mrs. C. H. Hester, Columbia, La.; one son, J. C. Humble, Wisner, La.; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Ella Lively, Monroe; one brother, W. H. Humble, Sr., Wisner; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Howard Grayson, Paul Beach, Stanley Carroll, Herbert Carroll, Bill Meredith, and Sam Oliver.
