He is survived by a widow, who was Miss Josephine Richardson of this city, and one child, as well as his father, Alex Goodman and a sister, Mrs. R. J. Campbell of this city.
For many years Mr. Goodman was connected with the local haberdasher trade and was employed by Levy and Jacobs. Later he lived in Memphis, Tennessee.
He was an Elk, a Royal Arcanum and a member of the Masonic order.
The funeral will take place at 2 o'clock this afternoon in Gertie, and at the conclusion burial will take place in the family plot.
