Marven A. Kemp, 352 237th Street, passed away yesterday following a heart attack. A native of Missouri, he had resided locally for 12 years. In addition to his wife, Bernice, the deceased leaves two daughters, Mrs. Geneva Moore, of Torrance, and Mrs. Billie Jane Phillips, of San Diego; two sisters, Mrs. Knelphie Craft, of Kansas, and Mrs. Diries Hopkins, of Michigan; three brothers, Howard and James of Michigan, and Harold, of Texas. Five grandchildren also mourn his passing. Funeral arrangements will be announced by McNerney Mortuary, 1640 Avalon boulevard.
