PEQUOT LAKES - Carl Huffines, 83, of Pequot Lakes, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, at the Bethany Good Samaritan Village in Brainerd. Private family services are planned.
Carl was born March 27, 1925, in Lincoln, Okla., the son of Robert and Sarah Huffines. Carl is survived by his son, David Huffines, of Pequot Lakes; his daughter, Anita P. Byers, of Pequot Lakes; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta (Collins) Huffines and his parents.
Arrangements are pending with the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.
