John Randolph, 94, 501 S Garfield Street, Oblong, died at 2:20 am today at Ridgeview Care Center in Oblong.

Born in Crawford County, he was the son of Thomas C and Catherine Elizabeth Headly Randolph. Mr Randolph was a retired highway maintenance man, and a member of the Oblong Evangelical UnitedMethodist Church.

Married to Mable Saltzman, who died March 6, 1974, he is survived by five children, Max and Richard Randolph, and Mrs Dale (Ival) Havill all of Hammond, Indiana.; Mrs Orvis (Georgia) Stoltz, of Sumner, and Mrs Kenneth (Eldiva) Tracy, of Oblong.

Also surviving are 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, and a half sister Mrs Goldie Shonk, of Robinson. He was prededed in death by a son, John, and three daughters.

Funeral services will be help at 10 am Monday at the Pulliam Funeral Home in Oblong with Rev Harold Holliday and Rev Willard Metz officiating. Interment will follow in Oblong Cemetery.
