Clarence F. "Bud" Arnold, 64, of Mifflintown RR1 [Arch Rock], died Monday, October 24, 1994 in the emergency room of Lewistown Hospital.

He was born November 19, 1929 in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County, to the late Lawrence and Eva [Whitesel] Arnold.

He is survived by his wife, Anna C. [Shaeffer] Arnold, whom he married October 20, 1956. Also surviving are two brothers, Ray Arnold and Stephen Arnold, and one sister, Mrs. Clyde [Lonna] Fultz, all of Mifflintown RR1, and several nieces and nephews.

He retired in 1992 from Triangle Pacific Cabinet Corp., Thompsontown, as a carpenter. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Arch Rock United Methodist Church, Mifflintown RR1, American Legion Post No. 298, Mifflintown, and the Carpenters & Joiners Local No. 287, Harrisburg.

Funeral services were held Thursday at Brown Funeral Home, Mifflintown, with Rev. Jonathan C. Terry III officiating.

Burial was in Union Memorial Gardens, Mifflintown RR4, where full military burial honors were provided by the Juniata County Veterans Council.
