Eldon lived most of his life in Lincoln County, Oklahoma having moved there when he was very young.
He was a farmer.

Eldon Clifford Garrison was born on April 9, 1919 in Ozark County Missouri. He was the son of Allison Adeline (Tabor) and Lawson Daniel Garrison. He passed away on February 23, 1997 at the Stroud Hospital. He was 77. Eldon’s parents moved to Lincoln County when he was one and he lived here ever since.

He married Lela Myrtle Herd on October 3, 1944 in Chandler.

Eldon is survived by two sons; Guy Daniel and wife Georgie of Sparks; Clifford Dewey and wife Toni of Kellyville; One daughter Carolyn Sue and husband Joe Jones of California

Eldon was proceeded in death by his parents and three brothers, Henry, Charley and LD. Eldon is also survived by three sisters, Lora Mae Simmons of Stroud; Jewell Howser of California; Elois Evans of Oregon

Eldon had a heart attack, open heart surgery and lived 5 weeks after the surgery.
