H.F. COLLINS DIES AF 86; FUNERAL TO BE HELD SUNDAY
H.F. Collins, 86, died at 2:05 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his home 629 Vincil Street.
Mr. Collins was born in Delaware in 1863. He came to Missouri when he was a boy and lived on a farm six miles east of Excello until 12 years ago, when he moved to Moberly. He was married to Millie Cowan and they were the parents of eight children, with two sons, Johnny and Elmer, precededing him in death.
He is survived by his wife; six children, Mrs. M.O. (Mary) Jones, Mrs. Charles (Lula Belle) Courier and Mrs. C.O. (Leona) Brammer, all of Moberly, Marvin Collins, Excello; Arthur Collins, Denver, Co., and Vernon Collins, Harbor City, Ca., 19 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
The body will be at the funeral home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Carpenter Street Baptist Church by the pastor, the Rev. Jack Stanton. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Excello.
