She was born Feb 25, 1901 to Malcome and Freda Alexander in Rockford,IL. She was educated in Marshfield, WI and also attended business school. Formerly of Minneapolis, she worked most of her life as a legal secretary for Federal Cartridge and Temple Israel, was actively at work after age 80. She was a member of Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.
She studied art in California and belonged to various art clubs. She cared for her mother and her brother Malcome before their deaths.
She is survived by four sisters, Fredith Alexander of Minneapolis, Alice Alexander of Lindstrom, Signe Nelson of Shafer and Mabel Bryse of Lindstrom as well as several nieces and nephews
