Margaret E. Williams
Margaret E. Williams, 103, a former resident of 104 Pleasant Ave., Elkins, passed away Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 18, 2003, in the Marietta Center, Marietta, Ohio.
She was born May 5, 1899, at Green County, Pa., a daughter of the late Harry S. and Viola L. Riggs Griffith.
She was married to Ira Robinson, who preceded her in death in 1950. She later married Frank Williams, who preceded her in death in 1970.
She is survived by one son, Dewey Neal Robinson of Belpre, Ohio; two brothers, Sam Griffith of Gilman, and Doyle Griffith of Marietta, Ga. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, two daughters, two brothers and four sisters.
Mrs. Williams was retired and had worked as a home health care provider. She was a Protestant by faith.
Friends may call at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins Friday from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Mrs. Williams will then be moved to Maplewood Cemetery, where graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Basil A. Hensley officiating. Interment will follow. The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Margaret Williams.
