Betty Sue Hudson, 71, of Pottsville, formerly of Leachville, died Thursday, March 11, at Arkansas Heart Hospital at Little Rock.

Born Aug. 19, 1932, at Caraway, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Grace Bowman Scott, and widow of George Franklin Hudson. She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Patricia Glen.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Jennifer Hudson of Leachville; a daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Larry Box of Pottsville; four grandchildren, Jody Box and Jeremy Box of Pottsville, John David Hudson and Micah Hudson of Leachville; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Humphrey Chapel by the Rev. Jeff Cheatham. Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery at Pottsville by Humphrey Funeral Service.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
