F. W. Throckmorton, Of Near Romney, Called by Death
Furman W. Throckmorton, a farmer of near Romney, where he spent most of his life, died at 1 o'clock Monday morning at St. Elizabeth hospital, where he had been confined for the past week. Death was due to liver trouble. The deceased was 58 years old and was born July 25, 1865, near Romney, and was a son of Edmund and Elizabeth Throckmorton.
Surviving are the widow, a daughter, Sallle Elizabeth; two brothers, Dr. G. K. Throckmorton, of Lafayette, and Walter Throckmorton, of Romney, and a sister, Mrs. Henry Learning, of Romney. Funeral services will be held at the late residence, Wednesday afternoon, at 2:30 o'clock, and burial will be in Greenbush cemetery.
