Joint funeral services for step-brothers, Lawrence Henry Oates, 24, and William T. Hutchinson, both of OKC, were held Thursday, Sept 5th, at the MasonicTemple, OKC, with Rev. Forney Hutchinson, pastor of St. Luke's Methodist Church, south, and Rev. Lloyd Thompson, pastor of Capitol Hill Christian Church, officiating. (Capitol Hill Funeral Home.)

Lawrence Oates, along with Joseph Pritchard*, age 21, who died at the scene, were passengers in an airplane crash which occurred near Purcell, McClain Co., OK, on Sunday, Sept. 1.

Mr. Hutchinson, proprietor of a Capitol Hill bakery, died suddenly on Tuesday, the day after Mr. Oates succumbed to his injuries on Monday morning at a local hospital.

Brothers of the deceased were Graham and Guy Oates, of Los Angeles, CA.

*Funeral services for Joseph B. Pritchard, of 1701 W. 40th St., OKC, were conducted at Hahn Funeral Home, Tuesday morning, Sept. 3, at 10 o'clock with Rev. John Crockett officiating and interment at Fairlawn Cemetery, OKC.
