The Rev. Carl L. Curry, 92, of 72 Harris Road, N. E., died Monday at a Rock Hill, S. C. hospital.
The Rev. Curry was born Oct. 2, 1903, son of the late William Alexander Curry and Dora Davis Curry. He was a member of Vanns Valley Baptist Church. He was married Dec. 25, 1929 to his wife, Christine Harris, who preceded him in death Nov. 11, 1994.
Survivors include: a daughter, Evelyn Brooks, Rock Hill, S. C.; a son, James Curry., Fayetteville, S. C.; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Vanns Valley Baptist Church with the Rev. Floyd Battles Jr. and the Rev. Grady Walker officiating. Interment will be at East View Cemetery.
