Ida E. Shilling married Ellis M. Stump on 10 April 1892 in Morgan Co., OH. They had at least 4 children, all born in OH:

- William Henry Stump (1893-1957)
- Pearl Webster Stump (1896-1974)
- Mary Ival Stump Wallace Mohler (1899-1975)
- Mealy Arena Stump Brown Worthington (1899-1968)

Ida died of consumption at the age of 30 years, 1 month, 20 days.

NOTE: I have not been able to find a birth record for Ida, but I have many DNA matches that link to William Shilling and Mary Ann Longstreth. The 1900 census states that Mary Ann is the mother of 11 children, but only 6 are living in 1900. The 1910 census states that she is the mother of 11 children, but only 4 are living in 1910. Since Ida died in 1905, this would fit. I have only been able to find birth records for eight of the children. I also have not been able to locate William & Mary Ann in the 1880 census, which should show more of the children. I do suspect they are Ida's parents. Other circumstantial clues: Ida named her first son William Henry - this could be the combined names of her father (William) and Ellis' father (Henry). She named their twin girls Mary Ival and Mealy Arena - this could be after her mother (Mary) and Ellis' mother (Susan Arena).
