She was married to Edward Hurrell Weiandt on Dec. 4, 1913 in Marcellus, Michigan. She had two children with her first husband, Walter H. Weiandt and Willard Weiandt. Sometime between 1920 and 1924 Alice and her first husband divorced. Alice was remarried to Joseph Nelson on May 31, 1924 in Centreville, St. Joseph County, Michigan. She had three additional children with Joseph, Mary Jane Nelson, and twins Jack & Jean Nelson. She died on March 6, 1963.
