Adeline's parents are Albert Turner and Jennie Crimson. Orrin was William's youngest brother and Mattie was Adeline's sister. Adeline was 22 and employed as a "domestic" in Sparta (Monroe County) at the time of marriage.
From the LaCrosse Tribune obituary, Sunday, January 1, 1989: "Adeline S. Mohring, 90, a resident of the Morrow Memorial Home, died Saturday, Dec. 31, 1988, in St. Mary's Hospital.
She was born Aug. 21, 1898 in New Lisbon to Albert and Johanne (Grimson) Turner.
On Aug. 25, 1920, she married William Mohring in the town of Angelo.
She worked in the Sparta tobacco warehouse and the Sidney Hotel, as well as several other restaurants in the area. She retired in 1965.
Survivors are several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters and two brothers."
