She was born in Keytesville, Mo., and lived here 55 years. Mrs. Settle was a secretary for the former Kansas City Council of Churches 15 years before she retired. Her husband, Wilfred Lawrence Settle of the home, survives. Services will be held at 3 o'clock Tuesday at the Newcomer chapel, Brush Creek and the Paseo; burial in Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call after 7 o'clock tonight at the chapel."
