Mrs. Frank Bender, 73, of Brillion died Sunday at Town Rivers Municipal Hospital after a lingering illness.
She was born at Maple Grove on July 13, 1882, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Nagel. She was married to Frank Bender at Kasson on June 29, 1909. The couple resided in Reedsville for six years before moving to a farm in the town of Brillion. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church in Brillion and belonged to the parish Christian Mothers' Society.
Funeral services will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brillion, the Rev. R. M. Shauer will be in charge.
Survivors include the widower, one son, Frank Bender, Jr. of Manitowoc; three daughters, Mrs. Walter (Monica) Baer, Neenah, Mrs. Edward (Delia) Branke, Jr., Two Rivers, and Mrs. Ray (Dorothy) Ebert, Brillion; one brother, John Nagel of Brillion; and one sister, Mrs. John Schueller, Menasha.
