Lunenburg - Frank Samuel Zinck, 79, of Harbour View Haven Nursing Home, Lunenburg, formerly of Rose Bay, died Wednesday in the nursing home.

Born in Rose Bay, he was a son of the William and Louise (Niford) Zinck.

He was a member of Trinity United Church, Rose Bay.

Surviving are a daughter Marina (Mrs. Donald Whiters), Musquodoboit Harbour; four sons; Rev. Robert, St. Croix; Raymond, Halifax; Allison, Brighton, Ont; Wallace, Chester; two sisters, Mazie, Rose Bay; Maude (Mrs. Albert Barry), Riverport; three brothers, Fred, Feltzen South; Wallace, Rhode Island; Russell, Rose Bay; 17 grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a sister Olive; a brother Charles.

The body is in Dana L. Sweeny's Funeral Home, Lunenburg. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Trinity United Church, Rev. Patrick Maxham officiating, with burial in Harbourview Cemetery, Rose Bay.

Donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart Foundation, Trinity United Church or Harbourview Haven Nursing Home.
