She was born Oct. 9, 1934, in Cleveland. On Aug. 25, 1989, she married Jerry Gates.
She was a member of the Neuropathy Association, Denver chapter, and was president of the Lynn Meadows Townhouse Association.
She retired from United Airlines after 35 years of service.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Michael, Aurora; a daughter, Wendy, Aurora; a stepdaughter, Betty Morrison, Aurora; a stepson, Larry Gates, Las Vegas; a sister, Sandi Tomlin, Aurora; and three grandchildren.
