Lambuth "Steve" Stephenson passed Thursday, April 13, 1989. Native of St. Augustine, Texas, he was a former 40 year resident of San Pedro. Mr. Stephenson was with Security Pacific National Bank for 40 years, 35 of which he was the Vice President/Manager here in San Pedro and was the past President of the YMCA, past Grand Master of Pt Fermin Masonic Lodge, past President of the San Pedro Kiwanis and a member of the San Pedro Rotary and the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce. He served in numerous service capacities for the United Methodist Church of San Pedro. He is survived by his wife, May of Corona; son, Gilbert L. (Marthalie) Stephenson of Yorba Linda; sister, Ida Mae (Joe) Young of Texas; grandson, Mark L. Stephenson of Placentia. Private interment service will be held Saturday at Green Hills Memorial Park.
