Dies Friday
William Benjamin Harmon, 82, died Friday at the home, Banner Elk, Route 2.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 o'clock at the Zion Hill Baptist Church. Rev. Bynum Trivett and Rev. Lawrence Hagaman conducted the rites. Burial was in the church cemetery.
One son, Jonah Harmon of Beech Creek, Survives.
There are two sisters and one brother: Mrs. Ella Hagaman, Beech Creek; Mrs. Ida Farthing, Reese; one brother, Councill Harmon, Reese, and two grandchildren.
