TRAGIC DEATH NEAR BEE

John Crowdell died at his home four and one half miles northeast of Bee, December 29. Mr. Crowdell was moving from the farm where he been living to another farm about one and one half miles distant. His two sons had been on a business trip to Seward and on their way home discovered their father's body in the yard. Medical aid was summoned and his death declared due to apoplexy. Undertaker Chain summoned and took charge of the funeral arrangements.

The body was taken to Utica for burial. The servies being held in the Catholic Church. Father Donovan officiating.
