Father Aloysius A. Kuenzig, died Thursday, June 18, 2009. He was born June 17, 1916, in McKeesport, to the late Peter A. and Marie (Humbert) Kuenzig; brother of the Rev. Peter A. Kuenzig, Dr. Paul V. Kuenzig and the late Clara, Cecelia and Emma (Xavier) Knipling; also survived by nieces and nephews. Father Aloysius was ordained June 6, 1943, and retired as pastor of St. Henry Church, now St. John Vianney Parish. At one point he served as parochial vicar of Saint Mary's in Lawrenceville.
