Royce Woolever, of Ashville, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at Berger Hospital, Circleville. Born November 16, 1920 in Pickaway Co., Madison Twp., to the late Melvin G. and Lerlie Goodman Woolever. He was a life long farmer in Walnut Township, a Veteran of WW II, U.S. Air Force, member of Hedges Chapel UMC, and Historical Air Craft Society. Survived by wife of 51 years, Alice R. Koehler Woolever; son, Melvin (Karen) Woolever, Ashville; daughter, Joyce (Eddie) Shively, Ashville; twin brother, Ralph (Charlene) Woolever, Ashville; sister-in-law, Florence (Dick) Gartee, FL; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; special nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday, January 14, 2005 from 3-8 p.m. at the OLIVER FUNERAL HOME, Ashville, where service will be Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Aaron Brown officiating.
