He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Virginia Rotert.
He is survived by his son, John Arthur and wife Joan of Dallas; his sister, Mary Rotert of Rainier, Wash.; his grandchild, Jaxon Lee; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be at noon Friday, July 1 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith with interment at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith.
Pallbearers will be Jimmie Haynes, Robert Johnson, Joe Haynes, Butch Zimmer, Larry Ewing and John Rotert.
Honorary pallbearer will be Jerry Mac Ewing.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith.
