Lois Mae Froehlich, 78, of Friesland died on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at home.
Lois was born on October 10, 1937 to Martin and Evelynn (Mc Duffee) Schave, the first of five children. Lois graduated from Cambria High School on Friday, May 27, 1955. She was united in marriage to Donald Froehlich on Sunday, May 29, 1955 at First Presbyterian Church in Cambria. They celebrated their 60th anniversary this past year. Together they lived and farmed in the village of Friesland. Lois was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Friesland and a past member of the Ladies Aid and Home Makers Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Lyle Schave, sister, Virginia (George) Deakin, daughter-in-law, Debra Froehlich, in-laws, Jess and Bertha Froehlich, brothers-in-law, William Rupnow and Darryl Jacobson.
