Mr. Parker was preceded in death by his brother, Jesse Parker, and four sisters, Genieve Moran, Rissa Breal, Clarice Sovell, and Melonie Goltz. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 56 years, Maxine Bond Parker, and four children, a daughter Sondra (Marc) Caillavet, and three sons, Fabian (Donna) Parker, Kevin Parker, and Dwayne (Charlene) Parker.
