William E. Johnson passed away June 1, 2011 at his home. He was 63. William served his country in the US Army during Vietnam. He served with the New Castle Police retiring as a Corporal with 28 years service and was
presently employed with the Dover Federal Credit Union as a computer technician.
He enjoyed gardening and doing yard work.
William is survived by his wife Laura Johnson and his parents Robert and Ann Johnson of Dover.
Services will be 7 pm Tuesday, June 7 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather two hours earlier. Burial will be private at a later date at the Delaware Veterans Memorial
Cemetery, Bear.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Kent County S.P.C.A., 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934.
