Ken served in the Air Force during the Korean War and received his wings on June 19, 1952.

He loved to play tennis and enjoyed reuniting with his 319th Fighter Squadron. Ken was an elder in three different Churches of Christ for 38 years and lived in the metroplex area for 25 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie Elmer and Hazel Naomi Morris Stone, and brother Thomas Morris.
