Henry Brinton (Abe) Clark, 88, of 132 Saunders St., St. Albans, died last night in a South Charleston hospital. Death resulted from a heart ailment.

The funeral tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. will be in the Highlawn Church of God, the Revs. J. W. Board and J. A. Hartwell officiating; burial in Sunset Memorial park by Allen-Casdorph mortuary. The body will be taken to the home at 6 p.m. today.

Born at Graham Station in Mason county, he had made his home with his daughter, the Rev. Mrs. J. S. Bailey since the death of his wife 11 years ago. Clark had been active in church work for 40 years.

Also surviving: two other daughters, Mrs. C. C. Chittum of South Charleston and Mrs. Morgan Lake of Mason City; a son, Carroll of Mason City; a brother, Milton of St. Clairsville, O.; a sister, Mrs. Mary Cooke of Kanauga, O.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
