Mary Francis Glenn, 94, of Columbia, died on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 1994, at Boone Retirement Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at Parker Funeral Home. Burial will be at Columbia Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at Parker Funeral Home. Mrs. Glenn was born on Feb. 5, 1900, to William Edwin and Anna Elizabeth Woodson Thompson in Boone County. She married Frank Glenn on Oct. 31, 1917, and he preceded her in death. She was a member of First Christian Church, Jacobs Extension Club and a volunteer for the Red Cross. She attended the Columbia High School. Survivors included a son, Jack Glenn of Columbia; a daughter, Mary Susan Webb of St. Louis; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Memorials are suggested to the Olivet Christian Church building fund or First Christian Church.
