Dorothy married Belton Adair August 4, 1973. They shared many vacations, birthdays, anniversaries and other events until Belton's passing. She loved to travel, see new things, eat out and of course, shop.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband of 20 years Belton Adair. She is survived by her daughter Debra Adair Pettis and husband Billie of League City, her son Harold Parks of Pasadena, step sons Rickie and Eileen Adair of Houston, Charles (Chuck) and Gerri Adair of Dayton, Tommy Adair of Woodville, James Randy and Tammy Adair or Deer Park. Dorothy is also survived by 19 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.

A Public Visitation will be held Friday July 1, 2011 at 10:00 AM followed by Funeral Services at 11 AM with Pastor Mark Reynolds officiating. Both services will be held in the chapel of Carnes Funeral Home 3100 Gulf Freeway Texas City, TX 77591. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park in Pasadena, TX. Memorials may be sent to the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Billie Pettis, Charles (Chuck) Adair, James Randy Adair, Shane Adair, Charles Alan Adair, and Harold Parks.
