EDWARD L. RILEY
Edward L. Riley, 56, of Macon died Monday morning, September 24, 2001 at his home in Macon.
Mr. Riley was born November 29, 1944 at Bevier, the son of Elige and Lula (Perkins) Riley.
On January 12, 1964 in Macon, he married Linda Wood and she survives of the home.
Mr. Riley was employed by Con-Agra for 33 years and retired 2000.
Survivors also include a son, Jeffrey of Springfield; three daughters, Sherrie McKee of Bevier, Denise Ziebarth of Macon and Janet Pagliai of Excello; a mother-in-law, Evelyn Miles of Bevier; five grandchildren, Jamie Techau, and Caitlin Elliott of Bevier, Joseph and Caleb Pagliai of Excello, and Tristian Ziebarth of Macon; 13 brothers and sisters, Aubrey Riley, Donald Riley, Vester Harris, and Mildred Lawrence, all of the Kansas City area, Agnes Poster of Sheridan, W.Y., Russell Riley of Atlanta, Birdie Judd of Clarence, Earl Riley, Lois Nerini, Frances Smith, Cordie Burkhardt, Louise Lester, and Beverly Walton, all ofBevier, and one aunt, Ethel Perkins of Macon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elige and Lula Riley.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Carney-Armstrong Funeral chapel in Macon. Burial eill be in Union Cemetery, south of Bevier.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. this evening at the funeral chapel.
Memorial suggested to the American Cancer Society and may be left at the funeral home.
