Obituary
Mary Etta Wolf, 56, who died at the farm home near Scio Saturday morning was buried at Miller cemetery Monday afternoon following funeral services at the Shelburn church. Her parents and other relatives are buried in Miller cemetery. Immediate survivors are the widower, John W. Wolf; one son Hiram Wolf; and one daughter, Mrs. Ercell Osborn, both of whom live near the Wolf home a few miles northeast of Scio. George Piatt of near Scio is a brother of the deceased. Mrs. wolf had been ill several years, the immediate cause of death being attributed to diabetes. She was born in Washington county, Oregon, November 15, 1878, and spent virtually her entire life in this state. The family had lived in the Scio community for many years.
