Services for Billy Gene Gilliam, 72, of Malta will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Thompson Funeral Home of Jacksonville. The Revs. Andy Cox and O. R. Perkins will officiate.
Burial will be at McDonald Cemetery in New Summerfield under direction of the funeral home.
Mr. Gilliam died Sunday at New Boston. He was born July 20, 1929, in Ponta.
Formerly of Dallas, he was employed by Westinghouse and Red River Army Depot before retirement.
He was a Baptist.
Mr. Gilliam also had served in the Army.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
