Donald was born on November 10, 1938 in Miami, Florida to the late Geneva A. Lang and Howard C. Snell. Donald served in the United State Marine Corps, and was a Veteran of the Korean War. He retired from the Department of Transportation in Texas. He enjoyed outdoors, fishing, boating, traveling in his RV, western movies, and wrestling. He is a former member of the Eagles of Edgewater, Florida.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Joyce W. Snell; son, Allen (Lori) Snell; daughter, Lesia (Marty) Hernandez; step-children, Melissa (Tony) Wilson, Mary (Greg) Elam. He also leaves behind brothers, Larry, Richard, Eddie, Bill, Lloyd; sister, Shirley; and eight grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parent's Geneva A. Lang and Howard Snell, brothers, Albert and Howard, first wife Gladys Snell, and daughter Lynn Snell.
