She was born June 1, 1932, at Wilford, Idaho, to William Lester Howell and Elsie Allgood Howell. On March 31, 1951, she married Burnett Clark at Idaho Falls. On March 31, 1964, they repeated their vows in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
She lived her entire life in Idaho Falls, working various jobs and raising her family. Her most rewarding work was at the Yellowstone Group Home working with adults with special needs. She treated and loved each one of these clients as if the individual was one of her own family members. During this time of employment, she received many awards for her outstanding work and achievements.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include a daughter, Kay Lyon of Dunnellon, Florida; two sons, Dave Clark and Dan Clark, both of Idaho Falls; friend and companion, Burly McWilliams of Idaho Falls; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a sister.
