Born April 3, 1925, in Lansing; died December 20, 1998, at the age of 73. Mr. Williams was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Navy. He was a member of V.F.W. Jean R. Anderson Post #7039, Mason, and the Onondaga Sportsman's Club. Surviving are 4 daughters, Cindy Williams, Penny Whitaker, Kim (Craig) Carmer, and Teresa Brasseur; 2 sons, Lynn Williams and Bob Heintz; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 1 brother, Harold (Mary) Williams. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 29, 4 p.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman Co. Ball-Dunn Chapel, 621 S. Jerfferson St., Mason, with the Rev. Dwayne E. Bagley of Webberville United Methodist Church officiating. There will be no visitation. The family is being served by the Gorsline-Runciman Williamston Chapel.
