Mrs. Carolyn Bain Porter, 48, of Fayetteville died Monday at a Huntsville, Ala. hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Carrie Johnson and the Rev. Larry Meeks officiating. Burial will be in New Prospect Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Lawrence Porter; two sons, Randy Porter and Michael Porter, both of Fayetteville; her mother, Mrs. Agna Mason Bain of Fayetteville; a sister, Mrs. Charlotte Teal of Fayetteville; two brothers, Lawrence Bain of Fayetteville and Clyde Bain of Missouri; and four grandchildren.
