Mrs. Jane (Rittenhouse) Klotz, wife of Daniel Klotz, died on Monday at the residence of her son, Joseph Klotz, risiding at the Didier section, aged 74 years, 5 months and 3 days. Death was due to infirmities of old age.
Mrs. Klotz was born at Camden, N.J. on August 2, 1855, a daughter of Thomas and Emma (Silvan) Rittenhouse. She was confirmed in the Lutheran Church at Springfield, Bucks County.
There survive her husband, four sons: Charles, of Bethlehem R. F. D. No. 4; Joseph, at Didier; George, of Bethlehem, and Victor, of Center Valley; two daughters, Mrs. Jefferson Weidner, of Salisbury Township, and Mrs. Frank Skeleton, of Martin's Creek; 24 grand children and three great-grand children.
Funeral services will be held from the home of her son, Joseph, on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, followed by interment in the New Jerusalem Cemetery, near Leithsville.
