Henry Frank Wolfmeier, 78 years old, a native of Illinois but for more than half a century a well known farmer and stockman of Callaway County, died at 9:30 o'clock Monday morning at the home of his son, Charles Wolfmeier of West Seventh Street. He had been in failing health several months and his decline had been rapid during the last ten weeks. A funeral service will be conducted at White Cloud Presbyterian Church at 2:30 o'clock tuesday afternoon and burial will be in White Cloud cemetery. Mr. Wolfmeier was born July 10, 1857 at Monroe, Ill., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wolfmeier. He was one of a family of four children. About 52 years ago he came to Callaway County, Mo., to make his home. He was married later to Miss Mary Trippennsee, a native of Germany, who came to Jefferson City, Mo., as a girl of 13 years. Mrs. Wolfmeier died 11 years ago last April and lies buried at White Cloud Presbyterian Church west of Fulton. Three children of this union survive. They are: Charles Wolfmeier of Fulton; Mrs. Sim Clevenger, Fulton; and William Wolfmeier, Tebbetts, A step-daughter, Mrs. Henry Fisher, resides in Jefferson City. He also leaves one sister, Mrs. Louise Kaberich of Quincy, Ill., and there are 11 grandchildren. Mr. Wolfmeier lived and farmed most of his life in the White Cloud community, west of Fulton, and he was a member of that chruch. He was a man who made and retained many friends.
