A native of Garrett County, he was born April 17, 1869 and was a son of the late James W. and Mary Elizabeth ( Murphy ) Harvey.
Surviving besides his wife, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth (Brady) Harvey,
are the following sons, James C. and Patrick H. Harvey, both of Deer Park, Roy T. and Albert M. Harvey, both of Mt. Lake Park, Jonas E. Harvey, Cumberland, and Herbert F. Harvey, Baltimore.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Sue Sullivan, of Mamaroneck N. Y., Miss Rebecca Mae Harvey, at home,
two brothers, William Harvey, Kitzmiller, Edward Harvey, Deer Park,
a sister, Mrs. Carries Harvey, Deer Park,
21 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Four step children, James A. Parrish, Baltimore, Mrs. John James H. Bray, Baltimore, Mrs. Bradley Harvey, Deer Park, also survive.
The body is at the Leighton Funeral Home where it will remain until noon tomorrow when it will be taken to the Sand Flat Assembly of God Church. for a service at 2 p. m. Rev. Ervin Steiding, pastor, and Rev. William Rogers, Baptist minister of Loch Lynn will officiate.
Interment will be in the Pleasant Valley cemetery.
