Wiederhold, Morley O. - of Clio, age 83, died Sunday, August 31, 1986 at Flint Osteopathic Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Thursday, September 4, 1986 at West Vienna United Methodist Church, Rev. Wayne Ferrigan and Rev. Melvin Leach officiating. Burial in West Vienna Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 7-9 PM and Wednesday 10 AM-9 PM. Mr. Wiederhold will lie in state at the church Thursday from 10 AM until time of service. Memorials may be made to the Michigan Heart Fund. Mr. Wiederhold was born in Mancelona, Michigan, March 29, 1903, the son of Jacob and Caroline (Grody) Wiederhold. He lived in Clio since 1920. He married Jessie V. Dyer in Flint, Michigan, June 7, 1925. He attended West Vienna United Methodist Church, was a member of Vienna Lodge #205 F&AM, a member of several antique auto clubs including A.A.C.A., B.C.A. and the V.M.C.C.A., a member of Arrowhead Chapter and Venice Chapter of the S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A. (Barber Shoppers). He owned and operated Wiederhold Body Shop and Wiederhold Hardware from 1945 until his retirement in 1970. Surviving are: wife, Jessie; 4 sons, Kenneth and wife Neva of Falmouth, Michigan, Glen and wife Sue of Harrison, Harry and wife Eileen of Clio, Jack of Simi Valley, California; 1 daughter, Mrs. Donald (Charlotte) Graham of Clio; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Virgil of Zephyrhills, Florida, Fred of Springfield, Virginia, and Ford of Grand Rapids; 6 sisters, Pearl Niederhofer of Gilbraltar, Michigan, Ruth St. John of Sandy, Oregon, Velma of Bellaire, LaNora Scholl of Mancelona, and Bessie Trevan of Grand Rapids; sister-in-law, Beatrice Wiederhold of St. Augustine, Florida; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
