Memorial Obituary Herbert W. Jewell Plymouth- Herbert W. Jewell, 90, husband of Ellen (Chase) Jewell,died yesterday afternoon at a Thornton nursing home. He was born in Groton & had been a resident there for 30 years.Mr. Jewell was a retired employee of the Draper & Maynard Sporting Goods Co. in Plymouth & had worked for the Boston & Main Railroad.Members of the family,besides his wife, include two step-sons,George Perry of Manchester & John Perry of Nashua, a daughter Mrs. Roy McNeil of Campton,several grandchildren & great grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Della Bailey of Manchester & Mrs. Lucy Hartford of Brockton,Mass. Services will be conduted at the Nichols Funeral Home Thursday afternoon by Rev. Frank Gross. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Alexandria. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening.
