Harry Beard Dies At 'Tucna Ranch
Harry Beard, Washtucna laborer, died suddenly from a heart attack at the Dave Beal
ranch near Washtucna Saturday afternoon.
Funeral arrangements are being delayed pending receipt of word from relatives in Virginia.
Harry Lincoln Beard was born in Virginia and had been a resident of Adams county off and on for about 10 years. He was well-known in the Washtucna territory, although he spent
much of his time in Western Washington. He was 60 years old.
He is survived by a brother and a sister, both of whom live in Norfolk, Va.
