Charles T. Blincoe, prominent farmer of RD 1 Guilford, died October 2 of the Town of Guilford Center, at the Hospital in Sidney after a long Illness. Mr. Blincoe was born April 19, 1894 in Bainbridge the son of Henry S. and Nancy B.(Petley) Blincoe. His wife Grace Odell, passed away January 1952.
Mr. Blinco who was Justice of the peace of the Town of Guilford was a member of the Guilford Center Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Nancy B. Blincoe of Guilford; two sons, Henry M. Blincoe of Guilford and Paul C. Blincoe of Farmville, Virginia. Six grandchildren also survive.
The funeral was held Tuesday, November 1 at 2 p.m. from the Presbyterian Church, Guilford Center. Rev. Joseph C. Fields of Franklin officiated. Burial was in Godfrey Cememtery.
