Keith was born June 18, 1924 in Laketown, UT to Claude Le Roy and Ethal Lavinia Weir Cheney.
He married Marjorie Nilson on 13 September 1967 in Randolph, Rich, Utah. Keith lived in Layton 26 years, Kaysville 25 years and Riverdale – Roy for the past 20 years.
He was a member of the American Legion, Elks and Eagles. Keith loved fishing and Golf.
Surviving are his sons, Michael K. Cheney, Sunset, UT; Robert L. Cheney, North Salt Lake, UT; daughters, Karen Nielson, Kaysville, UT and Susan Walker, Holiday, UT. Seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road, in Ogden.
Friends and family may call Saturday, from 9:30 to 10:30 at the Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary 3408 Washington, Blvd.
