Bryan Michael Rafferty, 43, passed on the morning of June 5, 2011.
He was born March 28, 1968 in Abington, PA. Bryan attended Council Rock High School and was a proud member of the cross-country and track teams. An avid lover of science and astronomy, he graduated Penn State with a degree in biology.
He was currently employed by Glaxosmithkline where he worked as a scientist. Bryan was a devoted, loving husband, father, son and brother. Bryan married his wife Dina in 1996 and they have two beautiful daughters, Bailey and Hannah.
Bryan is survived by the three loves of his life: his wife, Dina Mazzanti Rafferty; daughters, Bailey and Hannah Rafferty of Raleigh, NC; mother and father, Anne and Michael Rafferty of Raleigh, NC; and brothers, Steve Rafferty of Furlong, PA and Kyle Rafferty of Phoenix, AZ.
A memorial service will be held for Bryan on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at the Cremation Society of the Carolinas, 2205 E Millbrook Rd., Raleigh, NC.
Visitation begins at 3:30 p.m. followed by a service at 4:00 p.m.
